The BOSS EURUS GS-1 Electronic Guitar combines premium electric guitar craftsmanship with built-in BOSS synthesizer technology, giving players access to both traditional guitar tones and polyphonic synthesizer sounds from a single instrument. Designed for versatility and expressive performance, the GS-1 allows you to switch between guitar and synth sounds directly from the instrument without requiring external synthesizer pedals or special pickup systems.

The GS-1 features an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and real bone nut for a comfortable playing experience and reliable tone. Its offset body design and fast-playing compound-radius fingerboard are suited to a wide range of playing styles. A Gotoh 510T tremolo bridge provides expressive pitch control, while Gotoh staggered locking tuning machines help maintain tuning stability during performance.

Two custom EURUS-CTM humbucking pickups deliver a wide range of traditional electric guitar tones, from smooth blues and clean sounds to powerful high-gain textures. Master volume and tone controls provide additional adjustment for shaping the guitar signal.

The onboard BOSS synthesizer system provides six customizable synth presets that can be recalled using the synth memory knob. A dedicated synth control knob allows players to adjust assigned synthesizer parameters directly from the guitar. Synth sounds can be edited and managed through the GS-1 Editor app using USB or Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to create, customize, save, and recall sounds for performances and recording sessions.

Separate guitar and synthesizer outputs provide flexible signal routing. The guitar output can be connected to a pedalboard and amplifier while the synth output can be sent directly to a mixer, recording interface, or separate amplifier. Alternatively, a single output can be used to combine the synth and guitar sounds into one signal path.

The GS-1 can be powered by four AA batteries for up to nine hours of operation or with an optional power adapter. For additional hands-free control, it can also be paired with the optional BOSS EV-1-WL Wireless Expression Pedal through Bluetooth.
