The BOSS Nextone Special is an 80-watt guitar amplifier designed for players who want the sound and feel of a traditional tube amp with modern reliability and flexibility. It uses BOSS Tube Logic technology to deliver natural response, dynamic tone, and strong stage performance.

It features selectable 6V6, 6L6, EL84, and EL34 power amp types, allowing players to choose different tonal characteristics. The custom Waza B12W 12-inch speaker provides warm lows, smooth mids, and clear highs with a vintage-inspired sound.

The Nextone Special includes Clean and Lead channels, American and British EQ options, boost, delay, tremolo, and reverb effects. Its five-way power control allows players to get responsive amp tones at different volume levels, while three Tone Setting memories make it easy to save and recall favorite settings.

For recording and live use, it includes an effects loop, external speaker outputs, line outputs with cabinet IRs, headphones/recording output, USB connectivity, and support for GA-FC foot controllers, footswitches, and MIDI.
