The CAD WX1800BP is a professional UHF wireless bodypack system featuring true diversity reception for improved wireless stability and dependable audio performance. Its frequency-agile design provides 100 selectable channels across the 550–590 MHz range, making it suitable for a variety of live performance, presentation, and instrument applications.

The system can operate with up to 20 compatible systems simultaneously and provides a wireless range of up to 394 feet (120 meters), depending on the environment. Automatic frequency scanning assists with channel selection, while IR synchronization makes it easy to coordinate the transmitter and receiver. The rugged metal construction is designed for regular professional use, and the bodypack transmitter includes a removable antenna that can be serviced in the field.

The package includes both headworn and lavalier microphones as well as a guitar/instrument cable, allowing the system to support hands-free vocals, speech, and wireless instrument performance.
