Description

The Radial Engineering Twin-City ABY Amp Switcher is a professional active signal switcher designed for electric guitarists who want to route one instrument to two amplifiers while maintaining strong signal integrity and low-noise performance. It is commonly used in live and studio environments where switching or blending between amp setups is required.

Built around a Class-A active signal path, the Twin-City helps preserve the natural tone and feel of the guitar while delivering a consistent signal to connected amplifiers. It features Radial’s Drag™ Control, which allows users to adjust the load on the guitar pickups to better match the response and tonal feel of a direct amp connection.

The unit also includes a transformer-isolated output to help reduce hum and ground loop noise when using multiple amplifiers. A phase reverse switch is provided to correct phase issues that can occur between amps, helping maintain a fuller and more focused sound when both outputs are active simultaneously.

Its compact steel enclosure and footswitch-based operation make it well suited for pedalboards, touring rigs, and professional stage setups.
