The Roland CY-14R-T is a 14-inch thin V-Cymbal ride/crash pad designed to provide an organic and expressive playing experience for electronic drummers. Its thinner profile delivers improved stick response, even sensitivity, and natural acoustic-style swinging motion for a more realistic cymbal feel.

The CY-14R-T features a textured surface that provides an authentic acoustic cymbal appearance on stage. Its multi-sensor system allows the pad to be configured as either a ride or crash cymbal depending on the connected V-Drums module. With advanced Roland V-Drums modules and two cables, three-way triggering provides independent sounds for the edge, bow, and bell.

The cymbal also supports choke control, allowing performers to mute the cymbal naturally by grabbing the edge. This combination of realistic movement, responsive triggering, and flexible configuration makes the CY-14R-T suitable for a wide range of electronic drum setups.
