The BOSS GM-800 is a next-generation guitar and bass synthesizer designed to bring powerful synthesizer sounds and advanced sound processing to guitarists and bassists. Powered by the ZEN-Core sound engine and BOSS’s Serial GK digital interface, it delivers responsive playing, stable string tracking, and an extensive range of acoustic, electronic, and synthesized sounds.

The GM-800 provides an intuitive Scene-based workflow that lets players combine four Tone parts with a dedicated Rhythm part, while a powerful DSP system handles detailed synthesis and effects processing. With more than 1,200 onboard Tones and 70 Rhythm sounds, the GM-800 provides a broad sonic palette for live performance, recording, composition, and sound design.
