The Roland TD-27 V-Drums Sound Module delivers flagship-class sound, response, and customization for serious drummers. Powered by advanced Prismatic Sound Modeling technology derived from the TD-50X, the TD-27 recreates the natural behavior, dynamics, and tonal variations of acoustic drums while providing the flexibility and precision of a modern electronic drum system.

The updated TD-27 Version 2 expands the module with 75 preset kits, including 10 all-new kits, enhanced versions of popular original kits, and additional pre-loaded samples. Advanced layering, transient shaping, and parallel compression provide even more control over your drum sounds, while PureAcoustic Ambience, overhead mic simulation, EQ, compression, reverb, and other effects let you create detailed sounds suited for practice, recording, or live performance.

The TD-27 features three digital trigger inputs designed for advanced Roland digital pads such as the PD-140DS digital snare, VH-14D digital hi-hat, and CY-18DR digital ride. Fast processing and multiple sensors accurately detect subtle playing techniques and translate them into natural, expressive performances. Additional analog trigger inputs provide flexibility for expanding your V-Drums setup.

Built for professional music production, the TD-27 includes a 28-channel USB audio interface, allowing individual drum sounds to be recorded directly into a computer or DAW. Stereo and assignable outputs provide flexible routing for live performances, while MIDI connectivity allows integration with external MIDI equipment and software instruments.

Built-in Bluetooth audio makes it easy to play along with songs, backing tracks, and online lessons from a smartphone or laptop.
